Soarin' has got to be one of my favourite My Little Pony characters!

In fact, he's tied for first with Rainbow Dash, Derpy and Vinyl-Scratch. :3

The only thing I don't like about him, is his voice. I think he should sound more lazy and quiet, dull. Other than that, I love him!

I wasn't quite sure how to make Soarin' into a dragon, so I just mixed his normal coat with his Wonderbolts Uniform and I like the results.

I'm just not happy with the tail...
